Hemp, an ancient ecological fiber, remains underutilized despite its many benefits.
It grows quickly without the need for irrigation, fertilizers, or pesticides, thus contributing to biodiversity.
This clean fiber also absorbs four times more CO2 than other crops, making it one of the most environmentally friendly materials.
Eco-friendly Tencel
Our Tencel comes from eucalyptus wood grown in sustainably managed forests in South Africa, using only rainwater.
These plantations offer a higher yield in terms of surface area compared to cotton, thus optimizing land use.
The Tencel production process is closed loop, allowing almost all of the solvent used to be recovered and water to be reused, thus reducing water consumption by 95% compared to cotton and reducing our carbon footprint.
