The best of merino

An extra-fine 17 micron wool, carefully selected for its luxurious feel and exceptional natural performance.

And because ethics are as important as performance, this fiber is guaranteed mulesing-free and labeled Responsible Wool Standard.

Latest generation Cordura

Known for its extreme strength, Cordura gives the T-shirt robustness against tears and abrasion.

Two types of fibers are used:
- A staple fiber that we blend directly with wool
- A continuous fiber (filament) used to strengthen and protect the assembly

A twisted heart

To obtain this yarn, wool is first combined with Cordura staple fiber in a tight twist.

This gives a semi-finished strand that is already much stronger than a classic wool yarn, with a mix of 73% merino wool – 27% discontinuous Cordura.

But we don't stop there.

An indestructible outer sheath

This semi-finished strand of Wool-Cordura is then wrapped with a continuous filament of Cordura to create a real protective sheath.

The result: an extremely robust wire, thanks to this ultra-resistant sheath.

Final composition:
• 52% extrafine merino wool
• 19% discontinuous Cordura
• 29% Cordura continuous filament

The design of this new generation yarn is carried out by our spinner Südwolle.
