Prices
We ship worldwide for free for all orders above 100€. For non-EU countries customs taxes and import duties may apply and are at your expense.
For orders below 100€, shipping costs are:
France : 5€
Europe : 8€
Rest of the world : 12€
Delivery times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours following their placement (from monday to friday). Expected delivery times are 2 days in France, 3 days in Europe and 4 to 6 days in the rest of the world.
Exchange and return
Process
If you want to return or exchange a product, simply go to your order history. Please don’t forget to indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Conditions
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 100 days of original purchase. Returns are free in mainland France and in European Union (Norway, Cyprus and Latvia excluded). For other geographies, customer has to pay for the shipping expenses.
