NO PILLING

Pilling comes from short fibers and from how the yarn is spun.

We took two strands of extra-long 20.5 micron merino fibers and twisted them around each other.

That double twist closes up the surface of the yarn. The fibers stay locked inside, and the knit stays clean for longer.

IT KEEPS UP

Merino absorbs moisture inside the fiber itself, not on its surface.

It stays dry against the skin, even when you're working hard.

And dry wool keeps insulating, where a wet fabric pulls heat away from you.

WARM BECAUSE IT'S DENSE

Milano is a double-face stitch: it uses twice the yarn of a jersey knit.

That density traps air, and still air is the best insulator there is.

That's where this sweater gets its warmth.
