Cordura is a high-end brand of polyamide that is particularly resistant to tearing and abrasion.

In our T-shirt we use 2 innovations from Cordura:

- A discontinuous fiber (like merino) that can be mixed directly with wool
- A continuous fiber (filament) which will serve as a shield for the whole

Südwolle, our high-tech yarn manufacturer, has recently developed a complex process of generously winding continuous filaments of Cordura around our semi-finished strand (itself a blend of merino and Cordura).

It is this secret sauce that makes the thread extremely robust because the continuous filament is particularly strong.

Here is the final composition of the mixture:
52% Extrafine Merino Wool 17 microns
19% discontinuous Cordura
29% Cordura continuous filament
