Next-generation Cordura

Cordura is a premium polyamide known for its exceptional resistance to tearing and abrasion.

In this T-shirt, we use two Cordura innovations:
- A staple fiber (like merino) that can be blended directly with the wool
- A continuous filament that acts as a protective shield for the entire structure

An intertwined core

To create the yarn at the core of this T-shirt, we start by blending merino wool with Cordura’s latest ultra-fine staple fiber.

This mix 73% merino wool and 27% Cordura is tightly twisted, forming a semi-finished strand that’s already far stronger than 100% wool.

But that’s not all.

An ultra-tough outer shell

Südwolle Group, our high-tech yarn partner, has developed a complex process that wraps continuous Cordura filaments around our semi-finished core (itself a blend of merino and Cordura).

This “secret sauce” is what makes the yarn exceptionally tough, as the continuous filament provides outstanding strength.

"I bought these shirts for my trip to Vietnam in three colors: black, green, and light grey. In terms of both performance and style, they exceeded my expectations. Even in the hot and humid weather, they remained comfortable and kept me feeling fresh throughout the day. "Super tee shirt d'une point de vue confort, légèreté et thermorégulation. J'enlève une étoile, car un trou s'est formé au niveau du nombril sur mon premier Performance, vraisemblablement à cause d'une boucle de ceinture, alors qu'il n'était pas si vieux (<1 an) et supposément "indestructible". Cela dit le SAV a été super et m'en a renvoyé un autre."

"Livraison très rapide. La coupe me va parfaitement, ni trop ample ni moulante. Je mesure 1. 78 m pour 82 kg et la taille L est parfaite pour ma morphologie. Le tissu est très léger, extrêmement doux, et la couleur vert kaki est profonde et super élégante. Aucun problème de transparence sur le kaki, il est très opaque, malgré une épaisseur de tissus qui reste assez fine. C'est un tshirt que je porterai principalement en rando mais il sera excellent en urban wear. La qualité semble totalement au rendez-vous. Je suis ravi de mon premier achat, et je vais renouveler l'expérience sur plusieurs autres articles."
