This parka has been cut from a beautiful, high-end, 100% recycled Italian wool.
This thick 600g/m² wool sheet performs by protecting you from the elements while providing you with softness and warmth.

The cut has been perfected to provide enough ease for all your movements without falling into oversize.
The raglan sleeves are also designed to perfectly follow the movements of your shoulders.

An exceptional Italian fabric
This fabric was manufactured by Manteco, an Italian textile company founded in 1943.
It was first established in 1941 as a small spinning mill by Enzo Anacleto Mantellassi, who began the production of recycled wool yarns by regenerating old clothes and military blankets.
Over the years, it has become a reference in the world of fashion thanks to a high level of creativity and permanent research with investments and innovations at all levels.
Our fabric is made from an ecosystem of over 50 expert textile companies, all committed to zero km and zero waste, representing the quality and reliability of Made in Italy.
100% recycled wool
This fabric is made with MWool®, Manteco's next-generation recycled wool. It is obtained by mechanically recycling pre- and post-consumer knitwear.
These are brought back to fiber state and treated with a patented treatment that completely sanitizes the fibers and makes them durable, resilient and ensures long color life.
Different color shades of MWool® fibers are then blended in the correct proportions to create new wool colors, without additional dyes or chemicals - since the recycled garments are already dyed from their former life.
Once the new color of MWool® is ready, it is spun to create new yarns, which in turn give life to new premium Manteco recycled fabrics.
Ecological process without dyeing
Manteco uses a circular, chemical-free, dye-free process and a unique way of creating recycled wool colors.
When it comes to creating colors in wool recycling, no dyeing is necessary as pre- and post-consumer garments are already dyed from their former life.
Thanks to the Recype® process, the craftsmen of the raw materials department are able to design new wool colors simply by mixing different fibers and color shades, developing true "recipes" of dye-free colors that are archived and reproduced over time.
Thanks to this technique, in more than 80 years in the field of wool recycling, Manteco has developed thousands of shades.

This material has the same quality as virgin wool with a lower environmental impact, reduces water and energy consumption while releasing less CO2 into the atmosphere.
