At Seagale, we love challenging the status quo by designing easy-to-wear everyday pieces that hide high-performance technology in their fabric.

When we came across Armalith® denim technology, we immediately knew we had found the material to make the denim of a lifetime.

The Martindale ISO 12947-2 wear test shows abrasion resistance of over 100,000 cycles -- more than 15 times that of standard denim.

Our Armalith® jeans won't tear through in a fall at speeds under 56 mph (AA level per Darmstadt EN 17092 standard, tested on raw color only). The protection it provides is equivalent to that of thick 300g/m² leather.

Dragged behind a pickup at a steady 17 mph, a lightweight pair of jeans tears through after 1.5 ft, the toughest heavy-duty cotton jeans held up to 13 ft, ours lasted 20m !

These jeans will protect your skin in a fall like no other pant. We also guarantee they won't wear through at the crotch, which is the number one reason people replace their jeans.

The weft of the fabric (the horizontal threads) is visible on the reverse side, as with all denim, and is off-white in color.

This yarn uses the same technology as before (PAHT wrapped in cotton) with the addition of a premium, highly resilient elastane fiber at its core: Lycra Toughmax®.

The vast majority of denim fabrics are woven in Asia or the Middle East using cotton grown in those regions.

Our denim is made with organic cotton grown in Andalusia, Spain, and is certified BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) and OCS (Organic Content Standard).

Dyeing and weaving are carried out by our partner Royo in Valencia, Spain. The Armalith® manufacturing process cuts CO2 emissions by 70% and uses up to 20 times less water compared to making a standard pair of jeans.

With a lifespan that can reach 25 years thanks to its durability and its ability to age beautifully, Armalith® is a reliable ally for responsible consumption.

This denim has an authentic look and a beautifully clean, crisp drape. It hides its technical side behind that natural hand and the way it settles on your legs.

The indigo dyeing process used is a true traditional indigo, achieved through a series of cold baths. The yarn is successively dipped in indigo baths and left to rest in open air (oxidation).

It's this more eco-friendly process that gives jeans their authentic wear pattern and a patina worthy of the finest Japanese denim.

To make sure you'll be wearing these jeans for decades to come, here are our care tips.

To preserve their performance:

Wash inside out, only when needed (jeans don't need to be washed often).

Don't put them in the dryer.

Don't iron.

Thanks to their unique composition, they'll dry faster than a classic pair of jeans of the same weight.

Now all you have to do is put them on and enjoy.
