Why this tank top?

Tank tops are too often made of cotton. The problem?

Cotton retains odors, takes hours to dry, and uses a lot of water to grow.

With the Action Merino range, we wanted to create a comfortable, light and breathable material made with two high-performance and eco-responsible natural fibers: wool and wood.

High-performance merino wool

The secret of this tank top is extrafine merino wool: the highest-performing natural fiber in the world.

Regulates body temperature
Insulates you from both heat and cold
Does not retain odors
Dries quickly
Comfortable to wear
Ultra-soft

We use 16.5 micron wool for even more softness. This wool comes from New Zealand and is certified mulesing-free.

Eco-responsible Tencel

Our Tencel comes from Eucalyptus wood that grows in forests that are not artificially watered with a much more efficient yield than cotton.

Its closed-loop production process is environmentally friendly. Almost 100% of the solvent used is recovered, and the water is reused for subsequent production cycles.

Learn more about Tencel

Tencel is better than cotton in every way:
- it absorbs moisture quickly to the heart of the fiber and therefore dries quickly
- its fiber is smooth which gives it a very soft feel
- it uses much less water during its manufacture
- it is very breathable and durable

The best of both worlds

Exclusive blend of merino wool and Tencel

Sustainable design label

EXP is the world's first wool finishing process to meet the strict criteria of the "Bluesign®" and "Global Organic Textile (GOTS)" standards, and it also complies with the "Okeo-Tex standard 100".

The knitting and production of the tank top is carried out by our partner workshop in Lithuania, certified as one of the most sustainable in Europe.

Our difference: a unique technical material

This jersey is perfect to wear close to the body.

55% Tencel - 37% Extrafine Merino Wool 16.5 microns - 8% Elastane
160g/m²

The high-end knitting and manufacturing of the tank top is carried out by our partner workshop in Lithuania.

This material was developed exclusively by Seagale: you won't find it anywhere else.

Regulates body temperature

This tank top is naturally thermoregulating for 4-season wear thanks to its clever blend of merino wool and Tencel.

You can therefore wear it as a first layer when it is cool, or on its own in very hot weather.

It is therefore also the ideal pajamas for better sleep.

Light and comfortable

This fine and comfortable tank top is a real pleasure to wear next to the skin.

The stretch accompanies all your movements for even more comfort.

Ultra-soft

This material caresses your skin thanks to its blend of soft extra-fine wool and cool, silky wood.

Our spinner Schoeller in Austria creates a yarn from wool and Tencel fibers by twisting the fibers into a single yarn, an intimate blend of these two materials to bring together the best of both worlds.

The material blend of merino and Tencel creates an optimal climate balance and protects the planet's resources, as wood and wool are renewable and 100% biodegradable raw materials.

Your favorite tank top

The classic cut and clean lines flatter your figure. The crew neck and patch sleeves complete the T-shirt's elegant and timeless look.

It's the perfect alternative to synthetic tank tops and classic cotton tank tops.

We want to warn you: this tank top has been our bestseller since 2015 and it's highly addictive.

Eco-friendly

Wool without special treatment tends to felt with washing.

We use an anti-felting treatment called EXP (for EX-Pollution), which allows the wool to retain its structure as new over time, without releasing chlorine which could damage the water cycle.

A responsible, sustainable innovation that meets ecological challenges and the strictest standards.
