We chose an extra-fine 17-micron wool for exceptional softness and premium natural properties.
Our wool is certified mulesing-free and carries the Responsible Wool Standard label, delivering performance that respects living beings.
Latest generation Cordura
Cordura is an ultra-resistant technical polyamide, renowned for its exceptional durability. It reinforces the T-shirt against abrasion, snags, and wear.
In this model, we use two types of innovative Cordura fibers:
- A discontinuous fiber (like merino), blended with wool for a soft and strong yarn
- A continuous fiber, wrapped around the core of this yarn - to give it a true armor
A twisted heart
It all starts with a tight twist of merino wool and discontinuous Cordura fiber.
The result? A semi-finished yarn of 73% merino wool and 27% Cordura: strong, uniform, ready to tackle every stage.
And that's just the beginning.
An indestructible outer sheath
This semi-finished strand is then wrapped in a continuous filament of Cordura to form an ultra-resistant protective sheath.
A flexible yet extremely robust yarn, designed with our German spinning mill Südwolle using an exclusive process.
Final composition: 52% extra-fine merino wool — 19% discontinuous Cordura — 29% continuous filament Cordura
