Protection hors du commun

Le test d'usure Martindale ISO 12947-2 donne une résistance à l’abrasion supérieure à 100 000 cycles ce qui est plus de 15x supérieur à un denim classique.


Notre jeans taillé en Armalith® ne se trouera pas en cas de chute à une vitesse inférieure à 90km/h (niveau AA selon la norme Darmstadt EN 17092, testé sur la couleur brut uniquement).

Tracté sur un pickup à la vitesse constante de 28km/h, un jeans léger se troue au bout de 0,5m, le plus épais et robuste des jeans en coton s'est troué au bout de 4m, le notre a tenu 20m !

Un fil unique au monde

Tout le secret de cette technologie est ici : le coeur du fil de chaine (les fils verticaux) est constitué d’une âme en polyamide très haute ténacité (PAHT), une fibre continue brute de grade aérospatial assurant une résistance inégalée et une ténacité équivalente à l'acier.


Cette fibre rigide et robuste est entourée de coton teint à l’indigo naturel : toute la performance est donc cachée sous un look authentique et confortable

Le top du top du stretch

La trame du tissu (les fils horizontaux) est comme sur tous les denim visible sur l’envers et de couleur écrue.


Ce fil utilise la même technologie que précédemment (PAHT entouré de coton) en rajoutant en plus dans son âme une fibre d’élasthanne très haut de gamme est particulièrement résiliente : Lycra Toughmax®.

Le tissu est super-stretch, suit vos gestes et reprend sa forme.
